Dr. Cardenas can replace a full jaw with a dental implant restoration in the form of a fixed bridge or denture that results in a permanent, stable and highly esthetic solution.
Dental implants, fused to the jawbone, keep the bone healthy and your teeth securely in place. Once implants have been placed in your jaw, Dr. Cardenas will restore them with fixed bridgework or over dentures. A fixed bridge is permanently secured to the dental implants, while removable overdentures are held in place by a bar and clip, or by one of many other attachments currently available.
Dr. Cardenas will utilize Digital Smile Design technology to simulate how your dental implant restorations will look and feel. We start all our esthetic consultations with a design and then transform it into a treatment plan that integrates biology, structure, and function in order to achieve longevity. We design using videos, photos, X-rays and 3D imagery.
