Brush & Floss daily- at least two times per day. This will help to remove stubborn food particles remaining in between your teeth and gums.
Use an oral mouth rinse, used to flush out bacteria.
Consider an electric toothbrush. Electric toothbrush’s are more effective at removing plaque and bacteria in those hard to reach places.
Avoid foods with strong odors such as garlic, red onions, coffee & more. Garlic and red onions both have sulfuric compounds that get absorbed into our
bloodstream and can cause bad breath several hours after eating.
