How we use Neuromodulators
Therapeutically
We use neuromodulators therapeutically to relieve painful symptoms associated with muscle tension in the jaw. These treatments are beneficial for patients suffering from TMJ and bruxism, the grinding and clenching of teeth, as it helps reduce both the number of clenching events and their intensity. This can not only minimize discomfort, but also potential damage to teeth, jaw bones, gums, and the muscles and joints associated with chewing.
Cosmetically
We utilize neuromodulators to help you achieve your perfect smile. When muscles are injected with neuromodulators, they no longer contract, making fine lines and wrinkles soften and relax. We treat areas around the lips and mouth to minimize these lines or to show less gum when smiling.
