Jessica traveled from out of state to our Wellesley clinic, referred by her sister — a long-time loyal patient who had also undergone a comprehensive porcelain reconstruction with us. Jessica came to us with a long history of advanced dental problems that were causing her daily pain and functional challenges. She suffered from severe tooth wear, with her lower molars losing up to 80% of their structure, multiple fractures, incisal chipping on her front teeth, and overall discoloration. She also experienced muscle tension from chronic grinding, along with pain and irreversible nerve inflammation in her lower molars. Her smile appeared uneven, and she wanted a comprehensive solution that could restore both health and esthetics.

Lower clear retainers with back-up duplicates for ongoing stability

Maintenance: Airflow® hygiene visits and comprehensive exams every four months
