Jocelyn, from the Wellesley–Weston area, came to our clinic concerned about her smile and oral health. She had eight existing crowns that looked opaque and unnatural, ongoing pain in her upper teeth, gum asymmetry, an uneven smile, and crowding on her lower arch. After our signature diagnostic protocols and Digital Smile Design planning, we confirmed that her bite needed improvement to provide both functional stability and the right spaces for optimal esthetics. Her narrow arches and lower crowding were also contributing to gum irritation and making hygiene more difficult.

With a carefully phased plan, we combined alignment, whitening, and porcelain reconstruction to restore both health and beauty to her smile.

Phase II: Upper arch reconstruction
- Replacement of eight (8) failing opaque crowns with natural, custom layered porcelain crowns — crafted by our in-house Master Ceramist
- Additional custom porcelain crown to restore a compromised upper molar — crafted by our in-house Master Ceramist
Clear retainers for both upper and lower arches, with back-up duplicates to ensure long-term stability
Ongoing plan: potential lower anterior composite restorations to improve defective enamel
Periodic retainer checks at every hygiene visit
Maintenance: Airflow® hygiene visits and comprehensive exams every 3–4 months
