Madeline

Madeleine came from Sudbury, MA. She was referred to our Wellesley clinic by a loyal patient of the practice. She came in concerned about gum inflammation and dental crowding, which were contributing to her periodontal issues. We began with Phase I periodontal therapy and three-month hygiene cleanings. Once healing was achieved, she completed six months of Invisalign® to fully resolve her crowding — a critical step to reduce gum inflammation and improve long-term periodontal health.

A few months later, Madeleine suffered a fall, face-planting on concrete and fracturing the enamel of her upper anterior teeth. One incisor required a root canal, and multiple cracks were visible. We designed a plan to protect her teeth while also enhancing shade, proportions, and overall esthetics.
