Smile Transformation Stories

Casey

Casey, our dedicated office manager of more than nine years, decided it was finally time to invest in her own smile. Her concerns included short, chipped front teeth, yellow discoloration, and a smile curve that felt unbalanced in photos. With a personalized, facially guided Smile Design, we created a transformation that restored harmony, length, and confidence.

Casey's Smile Transformation Story

Working closely with patients every day, Casey knew firsthand the impact a confident smile can have — yet she often felt self-conscious about her own.

Her front teeth appeared too short, showed signs of chipping, and her smile curve was inverted, making her anterior teeth look smaller than her posterior teeth.

Using our facially guided Digital Smile Design protocol, we identified the root cause: a class III bite tendency with limited upper jaw growth, which caused her front teeth to collide edge-to-edge and wear down over time.
To address this comprehensively, we began with clear aligner therapy (Invisalign) to expand her posterior teeth and retract her lower anteriors, creating room for proper proportions.
Next, we brightened her natural enamel with professional in-office whitening.
Finally, we restored her smile with six minimally invasive porcelain veneers, hand-layered by our in-house Master Ceramist, to lengthen, balance, and repair her worn front teeth.

To protect her investment, we finalized with a lower lingual fixed retainer and custom Invisalign Vivera clear retainers for both arches, ensuring long-term stability and protection.

Today, Casey smiles with pride — her transformation reflects both the artistry of our practice and the trust of someone who has been part of our team for nearly a decade.
