Dr. Caroline Laporte, a highly trained cosmetic dentist and founder of her own Digital Smile Design (DSD) clinic in Quebec, Canada, traveled all the way to Wellesley, MA, to entrust us with her smile. When Dr. Laporte and I first met at a dental photography course in Wellesley, she was completing orthodontic treatment and looking for the right partner to finalize her smile.

Despite being an accomplished cosmetic dentist in Quebec, she had multiple defective restorations, discoloration, and dark spaces between her teeth that compromised esthetics and function.

Choosing to travel internationally from Canada to Boston was a profound gesture of trust. To minimize her travel, we performed most of the planning digitally and remotely, creating a comprehensive design before she arrived.

In just two visits at our Wellesley Smile Design Clinic — the first certified Digital Smile Design Clinic in the U.S. — we delivered a full upper arch porcelain reconstruction, hand-layered by our in-house Master Ceramist.

The result was a naturally radiant, harmonious smile that exceeded her expectations. Caroline will return to complete her lower arch, but already her transformation stands as a testament to the artistry, precision, and global reputation of our practice.
