Jeffrey’s case was especially meaningful — not only because of the severity of his injury, but also because we had cared for him and his family for years. His accident resulted in two coronally fractured incisors with irreversible pulp inflammation, requiring urgent yet highly customized treatment.

Fortunately, because we take wellness scans of all our patients, we had a digital file of Jeffrey’s original teeth on record. This meant we could precisely replicate the shape and contours of his natural incisors — no guessing, only accuracy.
We began with a clinical mock-up and provisional crowns to allow his inflamed gums to heal and adapt to the correct tooth shape. Root canal treatment was completed during this phase, followed by core build-ups matched to his natural tooth shade.
Once ready, our in-house Master Ceramist designed and hand-layered Jeffrey’s permanent porcelain crowns, fine-tuning color, texture, and surface effects in real time at the final insertion appointment.
This level of customization ensured his restorations blended seamlessly with his natural smile.
We completed his case with clear retainers to protect both his new porcelain and his natural teeth from shifting, trauma, or wear.
